Discreet Packaging

Pleasure Cabana is a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do whatever it takes to preserve yours. We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. The only identifying marks are your mailing address and ours. The name “Pleasure Cabana” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.

 

Shipping Policies

  • We have chosen FedEx to be our preferred carrier for all orders shipping to the US and Worldwide.

  • FedEx Ground and FedEx Ground Home Delivery shipping ensures your order will be processed the same day if ordered before 12:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. 

    •  

  • FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Express Saver will ship the same day if ordered before 12pm EST, not including weekends.

    •  

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes and require all addresses to be an actual street address.

    •  

  • Packages that are returned to shipper will be refunded back to the customer’s original form of payment, excluding any shipping charges.

    • Backordered Items & Shipping Policies

    If one of your items is backordered, it will be shipped separately on a later date via standard shipping and you will not be charged extra. We cannot ship free or backordered items by express mail. This is noted in your Order Status online. If you choose an express delivery option and none of the items in your order was shipped via that method, then we will refund you the difference.


    Pleasure Cabana requires a signature for all orders that exceed $250 and for items that exceed $149.
